Our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled journey: Full refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled journey: No refund
Booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the journey, we will send you a cancellation confirmation by email that can be used to file a claim with your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.
